How to Manage Webcast Schedules

Managing your webcast schedule is important so that viewers know when you are planning to broadcast.  Schedules for weekly services and Holy Days are managed in the COGWA TV Admin.

Note: Schedule changes will be publicly visible on the COGWA TV platform starting September 4, 2026.

Accessing the Schedule

  • Go to Webcasting.

  • Click Schedule.

  • Use the first tab to manage your webcast schedule.

Understand the different schedule types

  • Recurring webcasts: your regular weekly schedule, such as Sabbath services.
  • One-off webcasts: special events that do not follow the normal recurring pattern.
  • Holy Day webcasts: schedule entries for Holy Day services.
  • Not webcasting dates: dates when you want to communicate that no webcast will occur.
  • Note: the schedule is for communication only and does not restrict when you can actually webcast.

Add a new webcast entry

  • Click Add webcast at the top of the page.
  • Choose the webcast type.
  • Enter an internal name if needed; this is not visible to viewers.
  • Set the start and end times.
  • Click Add to save the entry.

Add a Holy Day webcast

  • Click Add webcast at the top of the page.
  • Select the Holy Day webcast type for the event.
  • Use the preloaded Holy Day date, such as Feast of Trumpets.
  • Enter a label like Feast of Trumpets AM.
  • Set the start and end times.
  • Save it, then review the preview to see how it will appear on the website and other platforms.
  • You can add another webcast for the same day, such as a PM webcast.

Edit an upcoming recurring service with a one-off time

  • Go to the Upcoming schedule tab.
  • Review the next several months of scheduled webcasts.
  • Find the date you want to change.
  • Edit the recurring service by replacing it with a one-off webcast at a different time.
  • Example: change a Saturday service from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM on a specific date.
  • The one-off entry will replace the regular recurring schedule for that date and will appear in the public schedule.

Add a not webcasting date

  • If you will not webcast on a specific date, add a Not webcasting entry.
  • Choose the date and save it.
  • This will show viewers that no webcast is planned.
  • The regular recurring schedule for that date will appear cancelled or overridden.

Review the public-facing schedule

  • After adding or editing entries, check the preview of the schedule.
  • Confirm that the public schedule reflects:
    • recurring services
    • one-off changes
    • Holy Day webcasts
    • not webcasting dates
  • This helps ensure viewers see the correct webcast information everywhere it is displayed.
